Spring.Forward
Today starts my daughters spring break. No school until March 19th. She hasn’t yet had a spring break where she actually gets to do anything exciting, and unfortunately that continues this year -granted this is only her 2nd spring break- … But there is one difference this year… DADDY STAYS HOME! I decided a long time ago I was going to take this week off and spend some time with the family, and thankfully I’m in a situation at work where I can. Good times.
So, what’s the plan?
* Switch out the fans from my mom’s house to this house. Mow. D’Kota to vet. Start editing some home vids of Tristen to post here. Church. Youth. Life group. Buy new guitar amp. Car Inspection for Dionna’s car. Buy a bunch of house stuff. Buy Guitar for Tristen. Hang out with the Furmans. Fix toilet. *
Thats not a very good plan yet. A few things are nice. I’m really excited about getting a new amp and more excited about getting tristen a guitar. Within a week we’ll be sharing our passion of music with each other as I teach her to play. I’ve taught a lot of people over the years, but never a 7 year old. It will be a challenge, but worth it.
Other than that, and hanging with my family and friends, it’s not very exciting. Thats okay, maybe we can hit the zoo or something like that one day.
Time to take the fans down.
