Three to go this semester. Wednesday night I finished up DCC 101, which is a 1 Credit Hour intro course that all of their students -online, adult and traditional- have to take. It basically gets us accustomed to what is expected of us, so it wasn’t that difficult. It did have a decent amount of work, so it was a good peak into what it might be like taking two classes at once (it overlapped with my Eng. Comp 1 class).
I made some connections with a couple of students that have similar class schedules and the Prof in DCC 101 is just an outstanding guy. So it looks like this class may have birthed some decent relationships going forward.
I have also emailed the dean requesting the guidelines to post some of my essays here, but alas he has not responded. At some point, they will be posted.
Well, no overlapping classes for a while. 3.5 more weeks of Comp 1, then Comp 2 is by itself until Nov 1st when I start “How To Study The Bible” … i really wish that was named something else… it just sounds… too basic for what it all entails. But such is life in a Christian college.
Would you believe that I actually miss school?
Looking forward to hopefully seeing your essays!!
