Well, you are fired up, aren't you? :)
I kind of see it a different way. I think the wording may be a little too ambiguous (especially in their third goal). Every person, and ministry reaches people in different ways, and through the different spiritual gifts that it possesses. The ministry (as far as I could see from what you posted) did not say that the best way, or the only way to reach people for Christ was through the techniques that they use in their ministry. They may simply use this because this is the way that they were changed, or to give a different perspective on how to connect wit the Savior. When you want to be successful at something, you do what you do best, and what is familiar to you.
They are motivated to change the perception of the church in that Society, It's only one facet of a very large undertaking when in the discussion of bringing an alien religion to a culture of people.

This is how they feel that they have been called. Not the only way.

Would you feel differently if it were not a church, but just a group of people, just the body of Christ going over there, and trying to use these same techniques?

Very good discussion. :)
