C’mon, Baby

Dionna is officially full term (38 weeks) and we are ready to get that kid out of that woman! Sure, technically she has two weeks left, but this has been a long and rough pregnancy. I honestly thought it might happen this weekend, but no luck. If the baby comes on her own it will be a completely new experience for all of us as the other two didn’t do any of the work on their own and we had to induce both. So new and exciting along with a bit of stress (if the baby decides it’s ready while I’m at work dionna will have to pack up a 4 year old and drive to the hospital 20 minutes away on her own while I rush in from the other side of dallas to meet in the middle).

Everything is officially in order now that we got our glider / rocker put together… man it’s comfy. I shouldn’t sit in it as much as I have but I was out of commission with a sinus infection last week, so cut me some slack. In the meantime, we also have a name picked out, but no we won’t tell you. We picked it out several months ago and decided on it for sure a few weeks back.

So, let’s do this… on wednesday after my 3rd grader’s dance/movement school program that she’s worked so hard at…

Wow! Congrats man! I’m glad you commented. It’s been quite some time since I stopped in over here! Good call on not telling anyone until once the baby gets here. We learned that the hard way with our first one :)
